​Was in the market for a new 2017 Toyota Camry. At first I was just going to do the traditional visit a dealer route and settle on a price.. Did my research and found out I can save money by using a car buying service ! So I called Cahpow and spoke with Alex. Very classy gentleman he outlined their business model and how the car buying process works. I purchased the service with confidence seeing as I can save thousands vs. purchasing by myself! 

Alex was great he promptly answered all of my questions via email and also via the phone. Alex negotiated the price with 10 dealers to get me a great deal! All I had to do was walk into the dealer and tell them I spoke earlier and had a price quoted up front. Caught them off guard but they nonetheless agreed to the price we were quoted and I ended up saving a lot of money !

I would highly recommend this service to anyone that is looking to lease or buy a car. The price is well worth it. I leased a brand new 2017 GMC Canyon and by going through Alex at Cahpow, I saved a lot of money. Before I decided to go through Cahpow I went on my own to several dealerships to decide what truck I wanted. I then had numbers run. All prices that I was given from the dealerships were way out of my price range. Even with negotiating I wasn't able to get them price down. I did some research and found Cahpow. I was a little hesitant at first, but as soon as Alex called me and gave me a ton of free advice before paying I decided to go through Cahpow. After about a week of Alex's hard work he was able to get the truck I wanted, with extra admenties, and into the price range that I wanted. I didn't have to do anything but go to the the dealership and sign the papers. Thank you Alex very much for all your hard work and thank you for saving me money.

Cah-pow took over the search I started for a Highlander. Not only did they save me $2,100 over the prices I had received, they found the EXACT model, trim, and options I wanted at a fairly local dealership. There were too many dealers to call -- leave it to Cahpow.

I cannot recommend Alex at Cahpow strongly enough. Even though I'm sure he was working on a lot of client negotiations, I always felt as if I was the sole client. Outsourcing the negotiations of a new car purchase was something I would have never considered. Now it is the only way I will buy. There are so many variables that COST you time and money if you don't sidestep them; by working with Cahpow I saved thousands. We are all professionals at something. They are professionals at car-buying.

Working with Cahpow (Alex) was a fantastic experinece. We worked through some logistics of the truck I was looking for, kept in close communication, and ultimately got the exact truck (color, engine, and options) I wanted! Towards the end of the search we ran into a couple of bumps in the road with dealers. Alex was quick to adapt and we came up with a new strategy. While I was at the dealer, Alex was in close communication via text and a quick phone call and the deal was completed to my desire. Having bought and leased many vehicles (25+) I can easily say that without Alex's expertise I would have ended up in a different situation, different truck potentially, and not my top choice color. Not to mention saving me thousands of dollars! Cahpow was the real deal!

Alex was outstanding. He was able to quickly assess our lease needs and requirements then find the Volvo XC90 we were looking for. My wife went to the dealership and was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes with the exact car she wanted. Everything was set up in advance. We'll be using Alex and Cahpow again in 39 months...when we need another vehicle.

I used this service to buy my new car. Sarah took care of my case and overall I think the service couldn't have been better. It only took a few days to get the best price and Sarah was constantly in contact with me, sometimes several times a day, with updates regarding what prices had come in from various dealerships, etc... It was my first time using a car buying service and I couldn't be more pleased about my experience. I'm thinking I'll always use a car buying service in the future too. The price I got is much better than what I expected and much much better than anything I could have gotten myself, not to mention that I didn't have much time to shop myself anyways. If you are looking to buy or lease a car…..CALL CAHPOW! I spoke with Sarah and Alex more times than I can count, they respond to emails and texts quickly so you’re never stuck wondering what to do next or how to handle whatever question pops up. I’ve never leased a car and would have been completely lost trying to understand what all the terms meant and would have never had a clue where or how often the dealer would have been taking advantage of my lack of knowledge…… Sarah handled everything from start to finish with the dealer, the financing, negotiated what to do with my old car so I wouldn’t lose there either, and helped me deal with the insurance claim on my old car on top of all that. The lease deal was done within a few days of me contacting them and thanks to Sarah, I got the end of the year deal before it was gone. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her doing all the work for me while I was home for the holidays. All I had to do was come home, drive to the dealer to sign the lease and get my car! I honestly don’t think they charge nearly enough for everything they did for me! Thank you so much Sarah and Alex! My advice: call them before you go to get a car and you won’t have to hear a car salesman say ‘What do we need to do to get you to drive this car home today?’ ever again!!

Had a great experience working with Sarah-from my initial call to signing the paperwork. She helped and guided me through out the entire process. Really fantastic way to buy a vehicle. After Sarah put together the bids and I picked the one I wanted, I literally walked in and the sales person handed me the deal sheet--no fuss, no muss, every number was as promised. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and it only took that long because the sales person wanted to show me all the bells and whistles on my new truck and I had the time to let him. This is my first Google Review and I guess it is true that people only write reviews when they had a very good or very bad experience. The experience I had with Sarah was unbelievable from the day I contacted her to Friday when I picked up my new car. This is the second car that she negotiated for me and this experience was as good as the last. In fact we have a third car coming off lease in September and I have already told Sarah to watch out for my order. A little about this transaction and how Sarah works. She was able to get me into a 2016 Fiat Sport with a navigations system and alloy wheels for $22 less per month (no money down at all!) than my plain 2013 Fiat Pop. Unfortunately, I did not use her the last time. Here is the kicker, she was able to get the color I wanted and a discount parking in NYC. That is worth as much as the lease.
Sarah handled all the paperwork and negotiations. I was in and out of the dealer in 15 minutes (without a hard sell of extended warrantees or undercoating).
She emailed me on Sundays, late nights and I felt like I was her only customer (I know that was not true). I am sure all the people there are great, but if you can get Sarah please do.

Purchased my very first new car through Cahpow. Sarah was simply terrific! She communicated well and keep me updated on the process. Originally, I wanted a Mazda CX5. Sarah located it in the configuration I wanted in the State of Nebraska! The configuration I wanted was pretty tough to find. I spoke to Sarah over the phone and weighed in the pros & cons of shipping the car to Texas, my home state.

Subsequently, I had another choice in what I wanted for my first new car and I informed Sarah of my choice, which was a completely different make, model of the car. Since this was a totally different car, Sarah partly charged me for a second vehicle. I had no problems. It's business. Sarah located the second choice I gave her in my own home state, and it just happen to be a little more than an hour away from me.

I gave my OK and Sarah got the ball rolling on the negotiations for the new car. I actually drove right to the dealership and spent *less* than 20 minutes at the dealership and drove off with my first new car. No kidding!

Not sure why anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a new car would set foot in a dealership and spend hours "negotiating" and not even be sure if they are getting the best possible deal. I would definitely recommend Cahpow car buying service to my friends, family and co-workers.

Best car service ever! Dealership raised the amount of the car from what Sarah had already confirmed the night before, so Sarah spoke with the sales person over and over and I didn't leave the dealership until they gave me the RIGHT PRICE! =) THANKS SARAH! Working with Sarah was a great way to experience the car-buying process. She negotiated on my behalf with all the regional dealerships. I didn't have to spend any time or get any headaches worrying about pushy salespeople. When all was said and done, Sarah got me my car at $6.5K under sticker! This paid for the service and then some! She also negotiated the lease terms so I didn't end up putting a single dollar down up front. The best part was walking into the dealership with the offer in hand, bypassing the normal games. The salespeople kept asking, "So who is Sarah... she was tough!" One thing I will say is that before you hire Cahpow make sure you know exactly what car you want and what your budget is, so you do have to put that legwork in ahead of time. She will negotiate the price of the vehicle you want, including options. You show up, check out the vehicle, test drive it, and sign the papers.
